Good band, great tits!

Fat Dog and The Tits are a seven piece shit storm from the South East Coast of Queensland. The band formed in 2021 from a concoction of cosmic yobs who aim to transcend the mundane via chaotic noise. The sound that comes from this spicy septet is best described as doom funk cunt punk or being hit in the head by a bedazzled baseball bat. As the openers for our event lineup, they are sure to get your butts into dancing gear!

The Abstract Human Radio (Abhura) is the live electronic moniker of Meanjin-based producer Fin Wegener. Coming to prominence performing audiovisual sets in surround sound at underground experimental club nights like Submerged and Special K, Abhura and their modular synthesizer have achieved a captivating symbiosis that performs everything from atmospheric ambience to deep trance breaks. Arising from a blend of influences including long-form minimalism, break-driven IDM and European techno, The Abstract Human Radio has developed unique approaches to dance and ambient music based on improvisation and celebration of the moment.

Abhura will be bringing the event to a close with some groovy beats and their signature interactive projections. Little birdy tells us they'll also have a special guest!
