As a ceramic artist, my practice is driven by sustainability and the exploration of mood and feeling through form. I believe art, nature, and well-being are deeply interconnected, and I aim to express this through ceramics that evoke emotion and energy.Each piece captures a distinct mood, using shape, texture, and glaze to create a sensory experience. I work exclusively with Australian clays, often reclaimed, and collect rainwater for cleaning tools, glaze making and reducing waste and minimising environmental impact.As an artist, I create pieces that inspire a connection to both the earth and the emotions we experience in our everyday lives. Through my work, I hope to encourage others to consider the impact of their creative choices on the planet and our wellbeing.
